Lock of the Day: Royce O’Neale vs. Memphis Grizzlies - OVER 1.5 Three-pointers made (-108)

Reasoning:

O’Neale has solidified himself as a consistent three-point scorer threat and has managed to make at least three three-pointers in the Jazz’s last three games. In Game 1, where he only scored one three-pointer he attempted three, so at almost even odds this is definitely a bet worth taking.

Jacob’s Pick: Dillon Brooks vs. Utah Jazz - OVER 21.5 Points (-103)

Reasoning:

Since the end of the regular season, Brooks has become a key offensive threat for the Grizzlies' attack, scoring at least 20 points in five of their last six games. Against the Jazz so far, Brooks has been dominant, averaging 25.5 points per game, as he scored at least 22 in all but one game. One of the biggest drawbacks to Brooks’ game is his foul trouble, and in a crucial win-or-go-home game for the Grizzlies I’d expect Brooks to play smart, stay out of foul trouble, and continue to be a commanding scorer.

Anthony’s Pick: Derrick Rose vs. Atlanta Hawks - OVER 1.5 Three-pointers made (+120)

Reasoning:

Coming into this offseason Rose was just the Knicks' sixth man. Headed into Game 5 he’s now their starting point guard and leading scorer. While he isn’t known for his three-point shooting he’s been fairly consistent in this series. In the last 3 games, he’s shot 58.3% from range and has hit the line in each of those games. Expect Rose to have another solid performance as the Knicks find themselves in a must-win situation at home.
